Inviting People to Boards

Learn how to invite people to specific boards, assign permission levels, and manage board access.

To invite people to a specific board:

Copy link
Open Board Sharing

  1. Navigate to the board you want to share
  2. Click the Share button or open the board sharing modal

Add Collaborators

  1. Enter email addresses of people you want to invite
  2. Select their permission level:
    • Viewer: Can view the board (board-only access)
    • Editor: Can edit the board (requires team membership and editor seat)

Send Invitations

  1. Click Invite to send board invitations
  2. Invited members will receive access to the specific board

Editors are automatically added to your team and use a paid seat. Viewers get access to this board only and don't require a paid seat.
