I am a designer of design teams. • I have accumulated 25+ years of experience in many aspects of creating online interactive applications, such as stakeholder management, user research, design strategy, planning, scoping, prioritizing, service design, experience design, concept design, functional design, interaction design, information architecture, UI design, and usability evaluation. • I also have many years of experience in managing design teams and departments, as well as in product and program management, design operations, mentoring, and consulting.
