How to Activate Promo Codes

Before activating a promo code, ensure you have an active Infa.ai account (you can sign up here)

Activation Methods

There are two access points to activate your promo code, both leading to the same Stripe checkout process:

Access Point 1: From the Pricing Page

• Go to https://infa.ai/pricing or click "Pricing" in the main navigation
• Choose your preferred billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly)
• Click the "Start 7-day free trial" button on the Pro plan card

Access Point 2: From Your Profile Settings

• Click on your profile picture in the top navigation and select "Account Settings"
• Or navigate directly to https://infa.ai/profile?tab=billing
• Click on the "Billing" tab
• If you're on the Free plan, click the "Upgrade to Pro" button

Complete the Activation Process

Both access points will redirect you to the same secure Stripe checkout page where you can:

1. Enter Your Promo Code

   • Look for the "Add promotion code" button
   • Enter your promo code and click "Apply"
   • The discount will be applied automatically to your total

2. Complete Your Purchase

   • Review the discounted total
   • Fill in your payment information
   • Complete the purchase to activate your Pro access

Trial Period

• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial regardless of promo code usage
• The promo code discount applies to the billing period after the trial ends
• You can cancel anytime during the trial period
