Managing Your Subscription
Learn how to manage your Infa.ai Pro subscription, including cancellation, billing information, and account settings through Stripe's customer portal.
You can cancel your Infa.ai Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. There are no 30-day notice periods or complicated cancellation processes - it's quick and straightforward.

Managing Your Subscription
Access Your Billing Settings

Navigate to Your Profile
- Click on your profile picture in the top navigation bar
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Or navigate directly to https://infa.ai/profile?tab=billing

Open the Billing Tab
- Click on the "Billing" tab in your profile settings
- This will display your current subscription status and billing information
View Subscription Details
In the billing section, you can see:
- Your current plan (Free or Pro)
- Current subscription status
Upgrading Your Subscription
From Free to Pro
If you're currently on the Free plan and want to upgrade to Pro:

Access Billing Settings
- Follow the steps above to reach the billing tab

Upgrade to Pro
- Click the "Upgrade to Pro" button
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe checkout page

Complete the Upgrade
- Choose your billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly)
- Enter your payment information
- Complete the purchase to activate Pro features
Cancellation Process
Step 1: Access Your Billing Settings

Navigate to Your Profile
- Click on your profile picture in the top navigation bar
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Or navigate directly to https://infa.ai/profile?tab=billing

Open the Billing Tab
- Click on the "Billing" tab in your profile settings
- This will display your current subscription status and billing information
Step 2: Manage Your Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Look for the "Manage subscription" button in the billing section
- Click this button to open Stripe's customer portal
- The portal will open in a new window or tab
Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

Navigate to Subscription Management
- In the Stripe customer portal, you'll see your subscription details
- Look for the subscription management section

Cancel Your Subscription
- Click "Cancel subscription" or similar option
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
- Your subscription will be cancelled effective at the end of your current billing period
What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate Changes
- Your subscription status will be updated to "cancelled"
- You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe
- No further charges will be processed
Access to Pro Features
- During Current Billing Period: You'll continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- After Billing Period Ends: Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
